TRY THE #HASHTAG THING OUT
Shifting the focus away from a hashtag that advocates for the expenditure of beer, the Thanksgiving holiday is quickly approaching and this year it's bringing a new type of consumption.
StoryCorps is an organization that focuses on "hearing the story" and getting the raw, uncut histories of everyday people and their relatives.
This year, they are raising awareness to get high school students to join in on the conversation and utilize their new app to record and interview said relatives to "get the story."
With the hashtag, #greatlisten2015, more than just high schoolers are taking part in this campaign. It's a great way to sit down and truly experience what the holidays are really about. So, why not try it out?
